Information we collect and why
When you submit a production enquiry, Tsight IT LTD, which operates STRAITLOOM, uses your name, work email, product category and estimated quantity to review and respond to your request. We use this information to take steps at your request before a possible contract where that basis applies. For business contacts acting for a brand, we rely on our legitimate interests in reviewing and responding to relevant B2B enquiries.
You may also provide your brand name, website, delivery country, target period, product requirements, project description and one tech pack or reference file. These details help us assess the project and respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
If you consent to optional analytics, we process limited campaign and page interaction information to understand marketing performance. Analytics and advertising tags remain off until you consent. We do not send your name, email address, project text or uploaded files to analytics services.
Who receives your information
Your enquiry and any attachment are sent to Tsight IT LTD for review. The operator inbox is ahmetalsan@gmail.com. We do not share your personal information with a manufacturing partner. If that changes, we will first explain what information would be shared and ask for your agreement. An acknowledgement email is sent to the address you provide.
We use service providers to operate the website and handle enquiries: Vercel hosts the website and routes form requests; Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2 process and store submissions and private attachments; Resend sends notification and acknowledgement emails. The lead database and file bucket are in Cloudflare's Western Europe region, the Resend sending domain is configured for Ireland, and Vercel form functions are configured for London. These providers may also process information in other countries. Their data-processing terms include cross-border safeguards for UK personal data, including the UK Addendum or UK IDTA where applicable. How long we keep information
We retain enquiry records and attachments for up to 365 days after the last update, then delete them through scheduled maintenance. We may retain information for longer where needed to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Copies in email inboxes are subject to those accounts' retention settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your circumstances, you may ask us to provide access to, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Security and automated decisions
